Printable: You may complete the form on-screen, but you must then print it and mail or fax it to the address or fax number on the form. You also may submit the form in person to any Consumer Taxation Branch office or Government Agent office. You will need Adobe Acrobat to access the printable forms. OneStop Business Registry: You may apply for some registrations (e.g. Social Service Tax and Hotel Room Tax) via the OneStop Business Registry website. This website allows you to register with multiple government agencies.
