The following forms are available from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website. We have provided links below directly to each form.

You will need Adobe Acrobat to access the forms. If you cannot open them, please download the free version of Acrobat Reader.

The forms cannot be completed on screen, but must be printed, completed, and filed with the CRA with your T2 Corporation Income Tax Return.

The margins of the forms have been adjusted to print on most printers. If they do not print correctly, selecting the "fit to page" option on your printer may help.
