Oil and Gas Royalties and Freehold Production Tax
The ministry assesses, collects, verifies and reports Crown royalties and freehold production taxes payable by the petroleum industry. We also provide advice and interpret relevant statutes, regulations and orders, and distribute reporting forms with instructions on how to complete them. |
