Register for a Carrier Licence: International Fuel Tax Agreement
The International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) is a program for administering and collecting fuel consumption taxes from inter-jurisdictional motor carriers, such as truckers who cross provincial or state boundaries. Under IFTA, motor carriers register with, and file and pay taxes to, their base jurisdiction. Please see Key Fuel Programs > International Fuel Tax Agreement for more information.
