If you have moved or are planning to move within the province, please complete and submit the Health Insurance BC, Address Changes or Moves within B.C. form on the Ministry of Health Services website (opens in new window).

If you have moved outside of British Columbia, please notify MSP by completing and submitting the Health Insurance BC Permanent Move Outside British Columbia form on the Ministry of Health Services website (opens in new window).
Once your information has been received and processed, the appropriate adjustments will be made to your account and a revised invoice or refund will be issued.
If you have received an escalated message on your invoice regarding your overdue balance, please contact Revenue Services British Columbia to confirm your notification has been received:
