Our automated telephone service is available to provide the date of your last payment and account balance. If you would like to speak with a customer service representative directly, please call between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday: 1 877 405-4909

Before calling, please have the Account Number from your MSP invoice and your Personal Health Number ready, so we can easily assist you.
