Refunds

If you have overpaid your MSP premiums, you  may be entitled to a refund.

If your account is accruing premiums, the credit balance will be used against future premiums.

If you qualify for a refund as a result of coverage cancellation or rate adjustment (i.e. if you are moving outside of B.C., or you are now covered under a group plan), please contact the RSBC customer service line at 1 877 405-4909 for specifics. Client service representatives are available to take calls between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Before calling, please have your Account Number from your MSP invoice.

Please include your name, MSP-RSBC account number from your invoice, and a daytime and evening phone number where we can reach you.

Please note that payments will be held for 21 days from the date the payment was received in our office to ensure all payments have cleared through your financial institution.
